This depends on how you subscribed to Beetight. If you used PayPal to subscribe, you need to login to PayPal and go to your pre-approved payments, click on the Beetight item in the list, and then click "Cancel".
If you subscribed using In-App Payments from the App Store, follow these instructions on the Apple site
